Bought this chair 8 years ago when it had a "Lifetime Warranty". After using it sporadically over that time I noticed that the upholstery in the face cradle was seriously deteriorating due to skin oils making there way thru the facespace covers. When I called the company they said there was nothing they could do for me other then have me buy a new one. I pointed out that skin oils should not "rot" the fabric. This is a design flaw. They didn't own up to it. As you see now the Warranty on the upholstery is only 3 years. Take note. And that is with wiping it clear after every client. I question their Warranty integrity here.
